About the Course
A 5-week yoga course with Emma B for beginners or those who have done yoga before
and would like to learn more.
Each session will focus on different elements of yoga and showing different variations and modifications of the postures to suit different abilities.
The class usually begins with a breathing exercise, some warm up
and a yoga sequence, which will then finish with a relaxing guided rest.
£55pp for the full course, only 12 spaces
