About the Class
A special 90-minute session combining a moon salutation-inspired yoga flow
with live guitar music by Archie
The new moon is a wonderful opportunity to think about growth, new beginnings and setting new intentions.
This yoga flow incorporates chandra namaskar (moon salutations),
energising vinyasa and a relaxing yoga nidra at the end.
We will be flowing along to live guitar by musician, Archie.
